HOW IT WORKS

  1. Consultation

    We will start with an in-person consultation where we discuss your dietary preferences, restrictions, and goals. We’ll also assess your kitchen to understand what ingredients you already have.

  2. Meal Planning

    Based on our consultation, I will create a customized meal plan just for you. The plan will be tailored to fit your unique needs and preferences.

  3. Grocery Shopping

    I will shop for all the ingredients needed for your meals (groceries are billed separately).

  4. Meal Prepping

    I will come to your home to prep and cook the meals for you, ensuring everything is portioned and stored for convenience.

Investment

Deposit

A deposit for the week is $300, this is your base pay towards my hourly rate which covers my time for planning, preparing, and cooking the meals. This amount does not include groceries.

Rate

For a day of shopping and meal prep your investement can range from $500-$1,000 outside of groceries for the week. The total time spent will depend on factors like the family size, menu complexity, and how the meals are portioned, and grocery shopping.

Groceries

Groceries are billed separately. I will create a grocery list based on the agreed-upon menu, and the cost of ingredients will be passed on to you. You'll approve or adjust the list before I purchase the items.
